The only thing crueler than a cage so small that a bird can’t fly, is a cage so large that a bird thinks it can fly.
In a Nutshell: Told from the POV of a psycho stalker who falls hard for a girl he meets at the bookstore. His love and obsession took a step further as he cyber stalks the girl and makes an effort to bring them closer together, even if that means committing a crime.
Read this if… you are in the mood for psychological thrillers and a character-driven yet fast-paced story. Just make sure you’re not a minor and mentally prepared for mature themes. Also, make sure you can handle reading from a creepy and perverse POV.
Surprisingly, I enjoyed this! Never mind that this is a bit f*cked up, and that so many characters are just broken and creepy. I think that even made this book shine as it tries to explore the craziness and obsession in all sorts of form. I don’t normally go for psychological thrillers but I’m happy I went for this one. Fast-paced, action-packed and easy to read.
